MRO's customer is a company which provides electricity, fuel and related services to households and industry in the Nordic countries.
In order to improve the efficiency and rigour of maintenance operations, the customer has adopted MRO's Maximo software solution, integrated with planning software from PrimaVera. MRO's Professional Services were commissioned to customise and deploy the Maximo suite. Macaw consultants, with their knowledge of Maximo, WebLogic and Oracle 9i, have been involved in the customization of the Maximo Purchasing and Work Order modules in order to meet the specific requirements of the customer - and in developing enhancements to the Maintenance modules to match the customer's equipment and location models, adding fields and logic.
Tube Lines works in partnership with London Underground to modernise the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines.
