Banking - Credit Card Application System for an International Bank
An international bank engaged FileNet to develop a credit card application system using the P8 Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system .
An initial proof of concept - developed by FileNet Professional Services in the UK - comprised several J2EE and Visual Basic custom components based around P8. Macaw joined the project towards the end of the proof of concept phase and continued playing a major part on the J2EE web-based user interface. The assignment culminated in on-site support testing and the hand-over of the custom components in Australia.
Business Services - HR Administration for a Global Services Company
A global accounting and management consultancy company awarded a contract to FileNet to supply a configurable Human Resources Administration application based upon FileNet's Panagon workflow and integrated document management (IDM) products.
The first phase of the project was a web-based development running under Windows 2000 Server with IIS and SQL Server with an ASP client user interface developed with Visual Interdev, all integrated with FileNet's Panagon products.
Macaw worked as an integral part of the Professional Services team, working on key phases, developing and testing the first phase of the HR application and then being involved in producing functional specifications, design documentation and test scripts for the second phase of the application.
